Red apple, blackcurrant and lemongrass throughout. A juicy body and bright orange acidity moves to a pepper and toffee finish.. It is very smooth and a well rounded specialty graded arabica. Roasted medium for milk based coffees as well as espresso.

We roast to match the beans flavour profile but can roast to your request. Grown in the Mbeya region of Tanzania, AA grade 18 screen quality arabicas, the coffee is meticulously sorted and graded (four times) throughout processing. This ensures the highest quality of specialty grade output possible and produces a unique cup profile highly sought out by those in the coffee industry.
