As always we need to mention how lucky we are to have very strong relations with the Nepalese Estate who’s beans make up a percentage of this café blend, and who are producing a consistent specialty 85+ Arabica coffee crop. The farm is located at approx. 1200-1400 masl just down the road from our very own micro-lot, below the snow line, at the foot of the Ganesh Himal mountain range. It is situated on the banks of the snow-fed Trishuli River irrigating the estate’s field & assisting with the washing process of these special beans. This is what makes this special boutique organic coffee very popular in Europe, Asia, and Australia.

It is worth noting that the 3 types of coffee beans which make up this blend are rain forest certified, as well as some organically certified.
